We are an experienced team of partners, with a vast and long experience in different aspects of the Swedish drinks industry. Together we have more than 100 years of experience in this business.
After earning an MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Thomas held a number of managerial positions in the Swedish export industry, including well-renowned companies like ABA of Sweden, ABB and Electrolux.
In 1994 he founded Bornicon & Salming AB, a reputable and highly acclaimed import-house for alcoholic beverages, together with the ice hockey legend Börje Salming.
The company was sold in 2018, and Thomas served as Senior Advisor until 2021 when he established Bratt & Partners AB together with his former colleagues Carina Olmås and Anders Fredriksson.
Carina started working at the Swedish retail monopoly – Systembolaget, in 1990 and after working there for 14 years, both in shops and at Systembolaget’s headquarters, she joined Thomas at Bornicon & Salming AB in 2005.
In 2011 she moved on to work for other Swedish wine importers, but when Thomas called with the idea of Bratt & Partners, the choice was easy.
Nils developed the family company ABA for 30 years as a third generation owner and has extensive experience in acquisitions and international business life, he was chairman of Bornicon & Salming for many years.
Nils is currently working as an investor in various areas via Connecting Capital Holding AB and is active as a board member of Bratt & Partners.
